It was clean, the staff was personable, plus the service was excellent. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

All in all everything was excellent, had a very good stay during the past weekend. We loved being in this property.

Pretty standard property, clean, exceptional service and great value. Brand-new units with a couch and fridge.

It is lovely place to stay, the food is fresh, and location is perfect close to restaurants and shopping.

The venue is reasonably priced and pretty standard, its location is ideal, really close to interstate as well as water park.

It's contemporary place to stay 1 km away from Columbia Mall. Warm breakfast, terrific service. The units are well priced, updated. The pool area is nice too.

Particularly good location, delicious food, very professional staff. Updated unit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Appreciated Grand Forks, the hotel was genuinely friendly!

Check in was easy, staff was knowledgeable. They made my stay perfect. The breakfast I had was hot with fresh fruit and smoothies and homemade pastry.

The lobby was beautiful and fairly clean. Staff were competent, had a great attitude. Got average, reasonably priced room on the ground floor. With fast check-in and late check-out, this hotel was good solid...

We will be back on our next trip to Grand Forks. The beds were comfortable in our room😃

Staff and the food are good, and the hotel is kept very clean. We tried some restaurants, including Ihop which boasted a delicious cuisine. Will be back, thank you.
